The description of this truck may be Light, but SVI Light Rescues are anything but built Light, with a heavy-duty 2" x 4" x ¼" aluminum sub-frame and 1/8" formed sheet metal construction.

Light Rescues are typically built on Light Duty 2-door, extended cab, or 4-door, 4 x 2 or 4 x 4commercial Ford F550 or Chevrolet C5500 cab/chassis with aluminum walk around style bodies in lengths from 10' to 14'.

Many options are available including; winches, hinged or roll-up doors, adj. shelving, trays and tool boards, underhood generators, or PTO generator (4x2 only), electric cable reels, light towers, hydraulic rescue tool systems and tool mounting, cascade air systems and NFPA fill stations, PTO water pumps or slip-in type pumps. Some of these options can't be combined due to limitations with transmission, and lower GVWR.
