Municipal Financing
Specializing in tax-exempt, municipal lease purchase financing, Community Leasing Partners works with manufacturers, vendors and end users to provide financing for essential use equipment.
Government Purchasing
HGACBuy is a nationwide government-to-government procurement service that offers the simplest way to buy apparatus through a competitive bid or RFP process in accordance with government purchasing status. SVI Trucks is a preferred partner through this program, and offers Heavy Rescues, Fire Engines and Wildland Attack Units through this program.
Pennsylvania Purchasing Program
COSTARS is the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s cooperative purchasing program administered by the Department of General Services (DGS) Bureau of Procurement. The COSTARS Program provides registered local public procurement units as well as state affiliated entities (together “members”) and suppliers a tool to find and do business with each other effectively through the use of a contract established by DGS.
