When spec’ing its three new Type 6 apparatus, the Clark County, Nevada Fire Department chose a 9′ aluminum SVI body mounted on a 2023 Ford F-550 XL 4×4 chassis, which houses a 6.7L OHV Power Stroke V8 Turbo Diesel engine. This compact pumper comes with a Darley 1.5 AGE 24 HP fire pump, Scotty Through the Pump foam eduction system, 300 gallon poly water tank and much more.
