When spec’ing its new Heavy Rescue, the Waco Fire Department, chose a 26′ aluminum SVI body mounted on a Spartan Metro Star which houses a Cummins X12 525 HP Engine. This rock-solid heavy comes with a in-body walk in to hold up to four firefighters, two Warn winches, and Harrison HydraGen 10,000-Watt generator.
